A gospel singer,Samuel Oguche, aka Onoja, is currently trending on social media over his unconventional appearance for a church service in casket.
Onoja took to his Facebook page to share photos of his performance at a church in Jalingo, Taraba state capital. However, his appearance was particularly of peculiar attention, following the manner of entrance into the church in a casket.
It was gathered that Onoja was trying to visually illustrate the theme of the church programme “Funeral Service – Death Of Self.”
Sharing photos from the event on Friday October 20, Onoja wrote,
“Thank you Jalingo City !!! So much overwhelmed by the testimonies we received after this Experience.
“We return all glory to God for the impact, transformed lives and many others. Welcome Once again to Funeral Service — Death of Self (Die Daily).”
Hopwever, Onoja’s photos have since generated mixed reactions online as many stated that churches were gradually turning into haven of rituals, while others noted how there isn’t a difference being him and actors.
