A shocking video circulating on social media captured the terrifying moment the building collapsed, sending people running for their lives.
The footage shows individuals scrambling to get to safety as the structure suddenly crumbles, unleashing a cloud of dust and debris.
It could not be ascertained the number of people in the building when it collapsed.
